The Medical Scholatship entrance test foundation will provide scholarship for Medical aspirated who scored good marks in Entrance Examination. The examination will be scheduled in between the month of May and June. The examination will be conducted into 3 slots (15 days in a slot).
Students will have a maximum of 3 attempts to write the entrance examination in a year. Applicants can appear for entrance exam in any one, or two, or all 3 slots as per their convenience. The candidates best score out of 3 attempts will be considered for preparation of final examination result.
This scheme gives one more opportunity for students to improve their scores in the examination. If they fail to give their best in one attempt, then they have 2 more chances to appear for examination. It helps students to get a first-hand experience of taking an examination and to know their mistakes which they can improve while attempting for the next time. If anyone missed the examination due to the reason beyond control, then he/shen can take up the exam in other available slots without waiting for whole year. This 3 attempt scheme will increase the chances for students to get aid of scholarship through entrance exam.
The exam first attempt slot will be held in last week of May, whereas the second attempt slot will be held on first week on June and the third attempt slot will be held on last week of June. Students can appear in exam either once or twice or thrice as per their convenience. The student’s best of the three exam attempt score will be utilized while preparing scholarship awardees sheet.
While filling the the online application form, candidates can book the exam slots which is convenient for them. Applicants have the option to book all three slots, or two or any one slot while submitting the application form. Also, students have the optional choice to book the exam slot after evaluating their result.
Individual exam slot will be held for 6 to 8 days and the exam result of that slot will be announced after 5 days of completion of examination. If required students can book the new slot by evaluating their attempted examination result. It is not mandatory to book the exam slots at the time of registration, slot booking can be processed prior the next exam slot dates which will be after the declaration of partial exam result.
